Espresso B ++

About This Coffee

This coffee is a 100% Brazilian single-origin from Fazenda Santa Clara, cultivated by the Pereira family who have been growing coffee for over a century. The farm is located in Mantiqueira de Minas and spans 350 hectares at elevations between 930 and 1050 meters above sea level. The coffee is mechanically harvested using highly sensitive tools that select only fully ripe cherries, with selective manual harvesting using electrical combs (derricadeiras) in less accessible areas. After harvest, the cherries are laid out to dry in thin layers on patios under direct sunlight and turned frequently to ensure maximum cup quality. This coffee is great as espresso and for all milky drinks.

MOK Specialty Coffee

Founded in 2012 by Jens Crabbe, MOK began as a small roastery and bar in Leuven before expanding to Brussels. Jens, a two time former Belgian Cup Tasters Champion, is driven by a desire to explore the full potential of coffee flavor. MOK's philosophy is centered on an omni roast approach, where they develop one ideal roast profile for each coffee that works for both filter and espresso. This method aims to showcase the coffee's inherent sweetness and terroir with maximum clarity and minimal roast influence.
