El Condor (Decaf) is a single-estate coffee from Finca El Vergel in Tolima, Colombia (1200–1900 MASL), produced by Elias and Shady Bayter. The coffee is Caturra varietal, processed using a Sugarcane Process and sun-dried. It is roasted to a medium level and decaffeinated, offering flavour notes of chocolate-covered pretzel, vanilla, red plum and walnut with a smooth, full body characteristic of Tolima coffees.
