Sourced from various smallholder farms at 1800-2100 meters elevation, the beans are a blend of Bourbon, Hybrido de Timor, and Typica varieties. The natural processing brings out notes of honeydew, apricot, and raspberry, creating a lighter, creamier, and fruity profile unusual for this typically heavy-bodied origin.
