Don Daniel is a single‑origin Colombian coffee from Acevedo, Huila, grown by Sergio Dario Aranda Gomez. It is Red Bourbon varietal, washed with a yeast-extended fermentation and sun-dried, and roasted to a medium‑light level. The cup is floral and refined, with tasting notes of rose water, pomegranate, white peach and a honeyed sweetness, producing a delicate, aromatic and lingering profile.
