Disco Peach Connection is a light-roast blend from Sidamo, Ethiopia and Quindío, Colombia. The Colombian component (Finca Campo Hermoso) is a Caturra lot processed via honey mosto carbonic maceration, while the Ethiopian component is Bochessa heirloom washed. Tasting notes include peach ring, mango, lychee, candied stone fruit, jasmine and lemon blossom, with a juicy body, medium-high acidity and a bright, candy-like finish. Elevation: 1,750–2,100 masl.
