About This Coffee

Decaf Mina Rica is a coffee from the Mina Rica farm just outside Medellín in Antioquia, Colombia, produced by Carolina Posada. Grown at 1700 masl from the Castillo variety, the coffee is decaffeinated with ethyl acetate and dried using mechanical dryers. Tasting notes list raisin, dark chocolate, and brown sugar, yielding a soft, subtly acidic cup with rich chocolate character and slight fruitiness.
