The varietal is 74158, an heirloom Ethiopian cultivar. Roasted light/medium specifically for espresso, the cup is floral and fruit-forward with a rounded, sugary-sweet character. Tasting notes include Orange Candy, Peach Tea, Malt Biscuit, Vanilla, and Jasmine. Cup score: 87.25.
