The coffee features rich Nutella notes, caramel sweetness, and honeycomb flavors with a deep dark chocolate finish. It is designed for both milk coffee and black coffee preparations. The blend scores high on the roaster's flavor profile scale with 8.75 for flavor, 8.5 for body, 9 for sweetness, 8.25 for aroma, and 9 for finish. Recommended espresso recipe uses 22g dose for 44g output in 28 seconds at 94°C and 9 bar pressure.
