About This Coffee

Cutervo is a specialty coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown at an altitude of approximately 2750 meters. This mixed variety lot includes Bourbon, Caturra, Catuaí, Pache, and Catimor. It is processed using a washed method with an extended 30 to 40-hour fermentation, followed by temperature-controlled drying. The flavor profile is characterized by a refined citrus brightness balanced by a heavy, dessert-like foundation of caramel, milk chocolate, and brown sugar. It is a versatile, smooth, and balanced coffee, well-suited for espresso brewing.
