This coffee is a single-origin Catuai variety from the Nacientes plot in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is processed using the honey method, where the coffee is dried on raised beds in full sun for 14–21 days. This light-roasted coffee offers a clean and refined profile with balanced sweetness, a smooth body, and flavor notes of grapes and brown sugar.
