Costa Rica Las Lajas Natural is a naturally processed micromill lot from Las Lajas, Costa Rica, grown at 1450 meters. Varieties Catuai and Caturra were dried on raised beds, producing a medium-bodied cup with tasting notes of concord grape, cherry, caramel, and dark chocolate.
