A Costa Rica single-origin coffee from the Gloriana farm (Allan Oviedo Rodriguez) in San Luis de Grecia, West Valley, grown at 1600m. The San Roque Kenya variety is processed as a Reposado Double Washed (soaking and extended resting), producing a clean, bright cup. Light roasted, it presents grapefruit, lemon candy, muscat and sugar-cane sweetness with a crisp acidity and lingering sweet aftertaste.
LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
