This Costa Rica El Venado is grown on Finca El Venado in the Grecia/Naranjo (West Valley) region at 1200–1900 m. The SL28 variety was processed as Yellow Honey and roasted light. It presents juicy apricot and yellow peach, a green apple acidity and chamomile-like aromatics, with a candy-like mouthfeel and a lingering sweet aftertaste. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
