Costa Rica Cedral Alto is a single-origin Tarrazú coffee from the Cedral Alto farm (Finca Cedral Alto), produced by Roble Negro / Jorge Vasquéz Ureña at about 1875 m elevation. The lot is Catuai variety and is described on the page as processed (Washed) and also referenced as processed naturally in the micromill notes. Tasting notes include hazelnut, nutmeg, dark chocolate and cocoa, with a smooth body and a brown sugar and citrus finish.
