Single-origin Catuai from El Salitre (Rivas, Brunca), Costa Rica, grown at 1800 MASL and processed as a reposado natural. Extended natural processing (25–30 days) produces a round, medium-bodied cup with cocktail cherry and purple grape fruitiness, marzipan sweetness, and decadent black-forest-cake-like richness.
