A microlot Sudan Rume from Finca Recalmo, produced by Edwin Noreña at his second farm in Ciro, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Processed through the Campo Hermoso station using a Black Honey process combined with controlled hop-extract fermentation. Cherries were selectively handpicked, depulped, placed into multistage tanks infused with hop extracts, and slow-dried under shade. Flavor notes include coconut, white chocolate, pineapple, sage, and pistachio ice cream. Available as an Omni Roast.
