About This Coffee

Single-origin coffee from the San Rafael farm in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, grown at 1750–1800 m. Castillo and Caturra varieties were depulped after a thermal-shock treatment, then fermented about 100 hours with a selected yeast and watermelon before a washed finish. Light roasted, it yields bright, juicy notes of watermelon and melon with supporting tropical mango and banana flavors and a clean, delicate body.
