A single-origin decaffeinated coffee from La Serrania, Colombia, sourced from 50 smallholders in the Huila (Pitalito) region at 1500–1750 m. Varietals are Caturra, Castillo and Colombia. The lot is decaffeinated using an ethyl acetate (sugarcane) process. The cup profile highlights berry fruit, honey and savoury spice. Roast level is designated for espresso, producing a fuller-bodied extraction.
