This micro-lot coffee is cultivated and processed by Julio Madrid in Colombia. The Caturra variety undergoes a unique nitrogen-charged, anaerobic fermentation process with fruit inoculates, including watermelon and passionfruit. The resulting cup is heavily fruited, featuring distinct notes of watermelon candy, complemented by subtle floral undertones and red fruit characteristics.
