This coffee is a Caturra variety from the Funes farm in the Nariño region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is a washed process coffee produced by Luis Alberto Ortiz. The flavor profile features notes of fig, green apple, dried apricot, and white tea. This coffee is characterized by a clean sweetness and structured body, resulting from careful cherry selection and the unique microclimate of the Andes.
