It is a Castillo variety coffee that has undergone a 110-hour extended fermentation process before being washed. The cup profile is bright and fruit-forward, featuring tasting notes of Honeycrisp apple, blackberry, and cane sugar. It offers a clean, structured experience with both clarity and depth.
