This single-origin coffee is produced by Luz Divia Fierro in the Acevedes region of Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1600-1900 meters. It is a Pink Bourbon variety processed using a washed method, where cherries rest for 24 hours before depulping to enhance sweetness and fruit expression. The flavor profile features notes of caramel, cantaloupe melon, and red currant. This coffee is well-suited for filter brewing methods.
