This coffee is sourced from the Viejo Caldas region of Colombia. It is a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. The beans undergo an EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination process. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of chocolate, caramel, and almond.
Jim and Cody Hamilton, a father and son team, founded Pine Coffee Supply in July 2017 in Pinedale WY.
