About This Coffee

This decaffeinated coffee is from Huila, Colombia (1,400–2,000 m). It is a washed lot processed and decaffeinated using an ethyl acetate method. Varieties listed are Castillo, Caturra and Colombia. The cup is described as clear and soft with tasting notes of blackberry, vanilla and caramel. Roast profile is listed as OMNI, formulated to perform well for both filter brewing and espresso.
