Colombia Antioquia Finca La Luisa Peach Honey

The Crackpots Coffee Roaster

About This Coffee

This Colombian single-origin coffee from Antioquia's Finca La Luisa features the Caturra variety grown at 1720-2000m altitude. It undergoes a distinctive peach-infused anaerobic honey processing method: cherries ferment for 5 days in CO₂ tanks, followed by 3 days of co-fermentation with real peach juice before drying in honey-style (skins and flesh removed, leaving sticky mucilage). The coffee displays tasting notes of peach, milk tea, strawberry, apricot, and peach gummy.

The Crackpots Coffee Roaster

The Crackpots Coffee Roaster was founded in 2017 by Wilson and YeeFong in Subang Jaya, Selangor, growing from a small open air mini roaster into a full commercial roasting operation. The team believes in roasting coffee with character rather than suppressed flavor, developing unique profiles for each single origin to highlight the natural characteristics of the bean. Every batch is roasted on demand and dispatched within the optimal consumption window, ensuring customers receive coffee at its freshest. The roastery takes a welcoming, no snobbery approach, with knowledgeable staff who guide customers toward the right beans without judgment. Their selection spans light to medium dark roasts across a rotating lineup of single origins and blends.
