A single-origin coffee from Agualinda (Santa Barbara Estate), Antioquia, Colombia at 1,850 meters. Caturra Chiroso variety, washed and raised-bed dried with extended fermentation and double-wash. Bright, malic acidity with green apple, sugar cane, oolong tea, and almond notes; a clean, bright cup that suits both filter and espresso.
