A nanolot Gesha from La Yerbabuena, Colima, Mexico, grown by producer Hugo Salazar under the Arabica Colimota project at 1,700 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Colima volcano. The coffee undergoes a natural process with controlled fermentation of four to five days and drying on African beds under partial shade. Flavor notes include tropical fruits and starfruit.
