A sweet coffee from Finca San Lorenzo and Finca Santa Isabel in San Cristóbal, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. The farm is run by Luis "Wicho" Valdés III, a third-generation coffee producer who has managed operations since 1999. The estate follows sustainable practices including terracing for erosion control, organic materials such as coffee pulp and earthworm compost for soil maintenance, and selective hand-picking by approximately 500 seasonal workers.
