A single-origin coffee from YUAN YI YUAN Coffee Farm in Dehong, Yunnan, China, grown at 1400–1580 m. The lot is Catimor P4 (7963) processed using a yeast-fermented honey method with 150 hours of fermentation and no post-fermentation washing. Light roasted, it presents white peach and lychee sweetness, tropical pineapple, jasmine-tea like freshness, and syrupy/white-wine sweetness with a mellow texture and pleasant fruity acidity.
