This Sidra varietal coffee is sourced from the Las Margaritas farm in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,539–1,604 meters. Produced by Café Granja La Esperanza, it undergoes a 72-hour aerobic fermentation followed by a washed process. The cup features a silky, balanced body with flavor notes of orange blossom, chamomile, white peach, caramel, and panela. This light roast coffee is noted for its citrus brightness and clean finish.
