Cau Dat is a 100% Arabica coffee from Lam Dong, Vietnam, processed with a fully washed method (washed, fermented, then dried on racks). It is offered in 250 g bags and available as whole bean or ground on request. Tasting notes include nutty, sugarcane, apple, citrus, and chocolate characteristics. Roast options include light and medium; the coffee is suitable for espresso, pour-over (V60, Kalita, Chemex) and cold brew.

The Married Beans is a specialty coffee producer and roastery based in Đà Lạt, Vietnam, founded in 2015, with a focus on vertically integrated production from farm to finished coffee. They collaborate with more than 60 local farmers across approximately 150 hectares to produce high-quality Arabica coffee. The Married Beans positions itself as both a coffee production company and an educational hub, offering farm tours, training programs, and reference cafés to promote transparency and coffee knowledge.
