Burundi Karira

Burundi Karira is a specialty Arabica from Burundi (Muyinga), grown at 1500–1700 m on volcanic soils. The lot is Red Bourbon variety processed as washed, offering a clean, sweet cup with bright acidity, silky body, and tasting notes of elderberry, grapefruit, and honey. The beans are roasted light to preserve fruit clarity and delicate sweetness.
