Coffee from Burundi, sourced from the Gasura washing station in the Kirundo region. Cultivated by over 400 smallholder producers on fertile soils at altitudes between 1400-1800 meters above sea level in the favorable microclimate of northern Burundi. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes controlled fermentation for 14 hours followed by drying on raised tables. The washed processing method brings out a clean, fruity and floral profile with intense notes of wild strawberry, berry and raspberry, highlighted by fresh, harmonious acidity.
