Brisa Eterna

Brisa Eterna

Fieldwork Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from Finca Brisa Eterna, located in the mountains of Yacuanquer, Nariño, Colombia. The farm benefits from high altitude and fertile volcanic soils. The coffee is harvested through selective picking, rested in oxygen-free bags, pulped, and fermented in tanks for two days before being washed and slowly dried in greenhouse-style tunnels. This process results in a delicate, fruit-forward profile with a velvety mouthfeel. Tasting notes include white pear, Fuji apple, and toffee sweetness, complemented by a bright red berry acidity.

Fieldwork Coffee

Tim Williams founded this modern Australian micro-roastery in 2015 (originally as Bureaux, rebranded in 2022) with a mission to champion what he believes are the world's best coffees. Fieldwork's philosophy focuses exclusively on washed process coffees, prizing clarity, sweetness, and sense of place across their entire range. Williams' approach emphasizes connecting customers with conscientiously grown, seasonally sourced coffees that speak clearly to their origins, representing the farmers who nurture these exceptional beans.
