Founded in 2015 by Manuel Ainzuain and Shayna Ferullo, who met in San Francisco's specialty coffee scene before bringing third-wave coffee culture to Cape Cod's seasonal community. Their mission centers on taking customers "on a journey from seed to cup" through small-batch roasting that emphasizes ethically sourced, high-quality beans while maintaining an approachable and educational atmosphere. With direct trade relationships across three Peruvian regions and signature blends like Jaws, Captain Crosby, and Brewster, they've built a year-round coffee culture that serves both locals and the Cape's summer influx while supporting their HOOT Coffee Club members nationwide
