Brazil Estate Coffee is a medium roast from Minas Gerais, Santa Inês Estate. It is a washed coffee mechanically dried, known for its low acidity (pH 5.2). The flavor profile includes honey, chocolate, almond, and dried fruits, offering a balanced acidity and a clean taste.
Volcanica Coffee began in 2004 when Costa Rican-born Maurice Contreras started importing richly flavored beans from volcanic regions right out of his garage. What began as a side passion soon grew into a family-run specialty roaster, roasting on demand in Atlanta and sending each batch out within a day. Their approach is simple, unyielding: showcase terroir-driven, exotic single-origin beans from volcanic soils, roast them with care, and ship only when they’re at their freshest.
