Black Swan Blend is a signature blend combining Ethiopian and Indonesian coffees. The Ethiopian component is from Sidama region at 1700 meters altitude, featuring Heirloom varieties and natural processing from the 2024 crop. The Indonesian component is from Sumatra Gayo region at 1600 meters altitude, featuring Typica and Bourbon varieties with semi-washed processing from the 2023 Garuda lot. This medium dark roast offers roasted nuts, molasses sweetness, and dark chocolate flavors with rich body and complex characteristics. It has the second lowest acidity among the roaster's blends.
