This celebration blend was created to mark the 10,000th roast on a Loring roaster. It is a unique combination of various coffees, including leftovers, samples, and bag ends from multiple origins such as Thailand, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica, and Panama. The blend features a mix of processing methods, including washed, natural, and anaerobic natural. Each cup offers a unique experience with generally good acidity and sweetness.
