This single-origin coffee is produced by Alva Marina Alvarado at Finca La Sierra in El Cedral, Honduras. The coffee is exclusively the Parainema variety. It undergoes a meticulous process where ripe cherries are depulped, dry-fermented for 24 hours, washed four times, and dried for two to three weeks in covered parabolic solar dryers. This careful processing, combined with rigorous sorting, results in a coffee with vivid aromatics, a sweet and juicy profile, and a clean finish.
Blind Tiger Coffee was founded in 2013 by Charles Biando and is now based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania after relocating in 2025. The business operates as both a coffee roaster and a coffee catering company, with an emphasis on ethically produced beans at accessible prices.
