A single-origin decaf coffee from Rancho San Felipe (Finca San Felipe) in Neria, Chocamán, Veracruz, Mexico, grown at 1,350 meters above sea level. The Caturra variety is cultivated on volcanic soils and processed naturally, then decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process — the first of its kind in Latin America — using water from the Citlaltépetl volcano. Produced by the De Gasperín family, in operation since 1924. The flavor profile features chocolate and hazelnut notes, with soft acidity and medium body. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
