About This Coffee

A single-origin Geisha variety from Abu Coffee, produced by José Luttrell at Hacienda Cañas Verdes in the Cañas Verdes region of Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, at 1,550 meters altitude. Lot 3-GN was used in the 2021 World Coffee Championships Brewers Cup and scored 92.25. The coffee is processed using an anaerobic slow dry (ASD) method for 144 hours, then sun-dried on African raised beds for 25 days. Tasting notes include blueberry, lychee, blackcurrant, kiwi, mango, lavender, and passion fruit. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing.
