A Geisha variety from Finca Faith, a woman-owned farm located in the Filandia, Quindío region of Colombia at a minimum altitude of 1900 masl. This is the farm's very first Geisha harvest, collected in December 2024. The coffee undergoes a 36-hour fermentation before a washed process. Light roasted with a flavor profile featuring floral notes, grapefruit zest, and a raw sugar finish. Recommended brewing method is pour over with a rest of 3–4 weeks.
Founded in 2023, Strait Coffee is a small-batch, single-origin micro-roastery in San Jose, dedicated to highlighting terroir through clean-air, fluid-bed electric roasting.
