This natural processed coffee is produced in Cerrado, Brazil by various smallholder producers in the Volcafe Brazil Community at 1200 meters altitude. The coffee features varieties including Mundo Novo, Catuai Red and Yellow, Topazio, Catucai, and Acaia. It is a full-bodied, syrupy-sweet Cerrado blend with sun-ripened coffee cherries left on the branch until bursting with concentrated sugars. Once dried, the cherries were mechanically harvested, sorted, and set out on patios. The flavor profile includes chocolate, hazelnut, and red apple notes. Harvest time is July through September.
