The 120 PSI Blend is Presta Coffee's original house blend, named for the pressure required to operate an espresso machine (expressed as a Presta valve equivalent). It combines a natural-processed Ethiopia and a washed Peru. The blend offers a balanced, chocolatey, and sweet flavor profile, making it a versatile all-around option. It performs well on espresso, cold brew, and drip brewing methods.

Founded by Curtis Zimmerman, a former international bicycle racer who discovered Nordic coffee culture during his travels through Europe, Presta Coffee emerged in 2012 with a coffee cart before establishing itself as a roastery in 2014.
